  1. Winter is harsh and unkind to our skin. Blistering cold weather, winds and ice all play havoc, then add to this, central heating and comfort food. The skin can feel dry and tight. So, here are some tips...

    *The key is moisturise, moisturise, moisturise. Try a nourishing cream like our Rose and Frankincense. Applied in small amounts and gently massaged in will give your skin a boost. It soothes dry areas and helps reduce any redness. Use daily with or without the application of make-up. 

    * Help shed dead skin cells from your skin by using a gentle exfoliating scrub. Used weekly these give your skin an extra cleanse and leave the skin feeling super smooth. Try our Apricot and Almond which is not too harsh and will not scratch the delicate surface of your skin. After using any scrub just remember to - yes, you know what - moisturise!

    *Book a facial. These allow you some 'me time' while de-stressisng you and giving your skin a treat by encouraging circulation with a good massage and draining toxins.

    * Don't forget to use a hand cream. The skin on the back of the hands is very thin and ages faster than anywhere else. so treat yourself and use when your hands have been wet or when you have forgotten to wear gloves when working.
