Grapeseed Oil (vitis vinifera) is good for all skin types but because it is non-allergenic is it an alternative to nut oils, for people who may be allergic to nuts. It is non-greasy and rich in linoleic acid (omega-6), antioxidents, vitamins and minerals. Use at night instead of a cream or add essential oils and use in a massage.
