Chamomile (anthemis nobilis) is best used when you feel agitated, or have difficulty in sleeping. Use 4- 6 drops in a warm bath. It also lessens the intensity of pain so keep a bottle handy for tummy aches. A gentle massage or used in a compress for ten minutes on the lower back and stomach helps period pains.
