Solid conditioner bar

A no leak, no spill hair conditioner that you rub onto your hair after rinsing out shampoo. Rub this solid bar on your scalp and on to the ends of the hair and rinse out.

NOTE- Ms Carlyle of Washington mentioned to me that she "wet the bar first, then rubbed both the wet bar and her hands through her hair."
