Rosehip Seed Oil

Rosehip Seed Oil. Pure, organic, cold-pressed from the seeds of wild rose bushes found in the Andes or parts of Europe. This lightweight and fast absorbing oil (Rosa Canina) has a earthy, slightly nutty scent and is golden coloured. Unlike rose essential oil which comes from the petals, Rosehip oil is pressed from the fruit, the 'hip', left behind after the rose flower blooms.

It is a natural source of Vitamin A (natural retinoid) to support skin renewal and give a smoother texture, plus vitamin C to brighten the complexion and improve skin tone and vitamin E which gives antioxident support, along with essential fatty acids (Omega -3 and Omega -6) to protect the skin and strengthen the skin barrier.

It absorbs quickly into the skin to improve the appearance of scars and is suitable for most skin types without clogging the pores of dry, normal, combination or slightly oily skin.

How to use   Apply a tiny amount to clean damp skin and gently masssage into face & neck, either in the morning before your moisturiser or at night before your night cream. Pay attention to areas that look dry, uneven or tired, but keep away from the eyes.
