Ylang Ylang Essential oil (10ml)

Ylang Ylang essential oil has a sweet, soft, floral aroma, reminiscent of almonds and jasmine and sometimes called 'poor man's jasmine'. Great for reducing stress, calming feelings of anger or mental irritability. Relaxing, so helps lower blood pressure and is regarded by many as an aphrodisiac.

how to use -

Add no more than 6 drops to a warm bath and swirl the water, before climbing in. Or add 2 drops to 1 tablespoon of carrier oil (sweet almond, grapefruit, olive or jojoba) and gently massage into dry skin
